I am a recent University of Maryland graduate working in the Bethesda, Maryland area.

I am interested in marine ecology, evo/devo, and genetics/genomics.

I am currently working as a Postbaccalaureate Researcher at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.

I have a variety of research experiences from internships at NASA, the USDA, and NOAA.

These range in focus from evolutionary biology to environmental DNA (eDNA) to marine community ecology.

I am applying for graduate school!

I am interested in learning more about two fields of research:

  • First, novel genetics/genomics technologies to understand marine ecology;

  • Second, questions in regeneration and developmental biology looking at stem cells, cell fates, and using single cell transcriptomics.
